SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Speed limits. Adds Montgomery County to the list of counties within which the maximum speed limit on nonsurfaced treated roads is 35 miles per hour, unless increased or decreased by the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner. This bill is identical to SB 774.
