SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Assisted living facilities; individualized family service plans. Requires the Board of Social Services to adopt regulations establishing requirements and protocols for individualized family service plans, which shall be required for all residents of licensed assisted living facilities. The bill sets forth minimum requirements for such plans.
