SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Signs prohibiting children under 12 from entering restaurant smoking section. Provides that the owner or proprietor of a restaurant shall post a sign prohibiting children under 12 from entering the smoking section and that he may be subject to a civil penalty of not more than $25 for failing to do so.
