SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Bail bondsmen; equity ratio of property and outstanding bonds; time within which to produce defendant. Allows a bail bondsman to write bonds up to four times the value of his financial holdings (current law requires a 1:1 ratio), and provides that no single bond shall represent more than 25 percent of his collateral.
