SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Testing of sewage sludge. Allows an individual to make a timely request of the Department of Health or the Department of Environmental Quality that it obtain a sample of sewage sludge at a specific site prior to the land application. The Department shall submit the sample to a certified laboratory for analysis. The person requesting the testing is responsible for paying the cost of obtaining and analyzing the sample.
