SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

"Electric-powered wheeled devices" and "gasoline-powered wheeled devices."  Supplies definitions of "electric-powered wheeled devices" and "gasoline-powered wheeled devices." The bill then treats electric-powered wheeled devices the same as electric power-assisted bicycles, and treats gasoline-powered wheeled devices the same as mopeds. The bill also treats operation of electric-powered wheeled devices and gasoline-powered wheeled devices the same as motor vehicles when their operators are under the influence of alcohol.
