SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Designation of a day of recognition for direct care staff and other long term care professionals.  Designates the second Wednesday of every June as a day of recognition to acknowledge the contributions of and pay tribute to the direct care staffs and members of other professions that provide dedicated assistance and health care services to enhance the quality of life of persons receiving long term care in the Commonwealth.
