SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Carrying a gun on Sunday; hunting. Clarifies that a person lawfully carrying a gun, firearm, or other weapon on Sunday in an area that could be used for hunting will not be presumed to be hunting on Sunday in violation of existing law, absent evidence to the contrary.
