SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Income tax; teacher expenses tax credit. Provides an income tax credit of up to $500 for unreimbursed costs incurred by teachers for supplies they use in their classrooms teaching children in grades kindergarten through 12, for taxable years beginning on or after January 1, 2006.
