Lights on bicycles.  Requires a taillight that emits a red light visible from a distance of at least 500 feet between sunset and sunrise on highways with speed limits of 35 mph or greater.

Lights on bicycles.  Requires a taillight that emits a red light visible from a distance of at least 1,000 feet between sunrise and sunset on highways with speed limits of 35 mph or greater.
