SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Distributing materials, soliciting funds on highways. Grants the Town of Vienna the same powers presently enjoyed by Arlington and Henrico Counties to ban distribution of materials to and soliciting contributions from motorists on secondary highways within their boundaries. Incorporated in HB 2249 (Bell).
