SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Transportation construction and reconstruction.  Specifies actions that must be taken (i) by VDOT prior to undertaking any highway construction or reconstruction project in Northern Virginia if the project involves construction of new traffic lanes or modification of existing lanes (ii) by any state agency in connection with any highway construction or reconstruction project under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995.
