SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Transfer of development rights. Allows Arlington County to include in their zoning ordinances provisions for the transfer of some or all specified development rights, including density and other rights as defined by the locality, from one or more parcels of property located elsewhere in the locality. These provisions shall expire on July 1, 2008, if the county has not enacted an ordinance by that date.
