SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Elections; training for electoral boards and registrars.  Requires at least one member of the electoral board and the general registrar or a staff member designated by him to attend annual training programs provided by the State Board of Elections. The bill also provides that the expenses for electoral board attendance at training sessions will be considered part of the expense plan for electoral boards.
