SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Alcoholic beverage control; wine and beer license for day spas. Creates a day spa license that allows the licensee to give no more than two-five ounce glasses of wine or one 12-ounce glass of beer to customers of the day spa for on-premises consumption. The bill also defines day spa and sets the amount of state and local license taxes. The bill contains technical amendments.
