SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Sale of personal property by locality. Provides that in an instance in which one of certain categories of personal property is sold with the intent to lease back the property, approval by the governing body, after notice and a public hearing, shall be required when the value of the proposed sale amount exceeds $2,000,000.
