SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Restrictions on retired or former justices and judges. Restricts a retired or former justice or judge, upon leaving service whether by retirement, removal, failure to be reelected, or voluntary separation, from being employed by any private business or legal entity that is involved in class action litigation in which he was directly involved as a justice or judge. This prohibition expires at the end of the fifth year following retirement or separation from service.
