SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)

Civil immunity; disposal of a dead body.  Immunizes any funeral service establishment, funeral service licensee, or registered crematory from civil liability for disposing of a dead body unless it acted in bad faith or with malicious intent.  The bill also states exceptions to when a funeral service establishment can accept a body without inquiring about the desires of the next of kin.
