SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Local limitations on operations of mopeds, etc. Grants the City of Charlottesville the same ability presently granted counties, cities, and towns located within the Northern Virginia Planning District to limit the operation of motorcycles, mopeds, electric power-assisted bicycles, trail-bikes, mini-bikes, or go-carts.
