SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Criminal procedure; compensation for court-appointed counsel. Increases by 50 percent the compensation allowed to court-appointed counsel in the district court and circuit court. The changes shall become effective only if sufficient funds are appropriated by the 2005 General Assembly.
