SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:
Duties of driver in event of accident involving damage only to unattended property. Provides that when a driver has an accident with an unattended vehicle, he may leave identifying and descriptive information at the scene other than a note, which is now required. The bill also provides that the written report of the accident shall contain a description of the property damage by the driver rather than his estimate of the damage.
