SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
HOV lanes. Limits use of high-occupancy vehicles (HOV) lanes by law-enforcement personnel to Virginia State Police vehicles, Virginia sheriff's department vehicles and Virginia local law-enforcement agency vehicles, unless the vehicle is carrying the specified minimum number of occupants.
