SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Town of Dumfries; construction of debris barrier. Authorizes the Town of Dumfries to use I-95 right-of-way to construct a barrier to prevent the deposition of highway debris on property abutting the right of way. Costs of construction are to be paid out of funds allocated for primary system highway construction in the Northern Virginia District.
