SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Insurance premiums license tax; disposition of motor vehicle insurance license tax.  Requires the revenues generated by the license tax on motor vehicle insurance companies to be credited to the Transportation Trust Fund when deposited in the state treasury.  Incorporated in HB 2099 (Hugo).
