Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 59.1-284.01 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 59.1-284.01. Expiration of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall expire on July 1, 2005 2007, unless extended by an act of the General Assembly.
