Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. The Board of Housing and Community Development shall adopt regulations in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia, to exempt residential buildings located in the Counties of Grayson and Smyth from wind requirements for windows.
