VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER 951 An Act to amend Chapter 4, Acts of Assembly, 2004, Special Session I, and to amend and reenact § 58.1-615 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the appropriation of funds for the 2004-06 biennium, for the two years ending respectively on the thirtieth day of June 2005 and the thirtieth day of June 2006 and the provision of a portion of such funds.
