CHAPTER 422 An Act to amend the Code of Virginia by adding a section numbered 18.2-387.1 relating to obscene sexual display; penalty. [H 2623] Approved March 21, 2005  

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 18.2-387.1 as follows:

§ 18.2-387.1. Obscene sexual display; penalty.

Any person who, while in any public place where others are present, intending that he be seen by others, intentionally and obscenely as defined in § 18.2-372, engages in actual or explicitly simulated acts of masturbation, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
