CHAPTER 242 An Act to amend and reenact § 2.2-3306 of the Code of Virginia, relating to changing the date of Arbor Day. [S 791] Approved March 20, 2005  

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 2.2-3306 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 2.2-3306. Arbor Day.

The second last Friday in April of each year shall be designated and known as "Arbor Day."

2.  That an emergency exists and this act is in force from its passage.
