CHAPTER 43 An Act to repeal Chapter 12 (§§ 37.1-225 through 37.1-233) of Title 37.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to disclosure of patient information by certain health care providers. [S 1110] Approved March 20, 2005  

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That Chapter 12 (§§ 37.1-225 through 37.1-233) of Title 37.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
