Sales and use tax exemptions reports. Requires the Tax Commissioner to investigate and analyze the sales and use tax exemptions on a periodic basis and report his findings to the Chairmen of the House and Senate Finance Committees beginning in December, 2006. Incorporates HBs 1506, 1874, 2008, and 2750.
