SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Chesapeake Bay tributaries and the James River Basin. Requests the Secretary of Natural Resources to study the nitrogen and phosphorous load allocations for the James River Basin, and to provide draft tributary plans for the Chesapeake Bay watershed pursuant to § 2.2-219 of the Code of Virginia.
