SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Extension of session and budget conferees deadline. Amends the procedural resolution to extend the session and deadline for budget conferees to complete their work by three days. The new deadline for budget conferees to complete their work is noon, Friday, March 19, 2004. The date for the Reconvened Session is also mandated by the Constitution of Virginia to be rescheduled to April 28, 2004.
