Study; sexual assault Requests the Department of Health, with primary assistance from the Department of Criminal Justice Services, to study the effectiveness of the statewide response to sexual assault victims and the prevention of sexual assault, and to make recommendations to the General Assembly.

Requests the Department of Health to study the statewide response to sexual assault victims and the prevention of sexual assault and to make recommendations to the General Assembly. The executive summary and report shall be submitted as provided in the procedures of the Division of Legislative Automated Systems for the processing of legislative documents and reports no later than the first day of the 2005 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
