SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Trailer dealers. Exempts trailer dealers whose principal place of business is located in Fairfax County and who sell trailers primarily through a searchable database on an Internet website from requirements that they satisfy all local zoning requirements and that they have sufficient display space for at least 10 trailers.
