SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Certain restrictions on real property. Provides that any municipal or recreational purpose restriction placed on certain real property, located wholly or in part in Virginia Beach, acquired by the Commonwealth shall be satisfied if the property is used for tourism purposes that benefit the locality's tourism industry.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Certain restrictions on real property. Provides that any municipal or recreational purpose restriction placed on real property acquired by the Commonwealth or from the Commonwealth by any locality on or after July 1, 1993, shall be satisfied if the property is used for tourism purposes that benefit the locality's tourism industry.
