SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Jail inmates; use on certain highway maintenance and construction projects. Allows use of inmates of local and regional jails in local highway maintenance and construction projects without permission from the Department of Transportation, the Commonwealth Transportation Commissioner, or the Commonwealth Transportation Board.
