SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Reckless driving; license suspension. Deletes an incorrect Code reference that has existed since the 1974 General Assembly passed the Virginia Driver Improvement Act establishing the uniform demerit point system. The 1974 bill deleted a provision requiring an automatic license revocation for two reckless driving convictions in 12 months; however, a reference to this provision in another section of the Code was not removed.
