SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Sales tax; exemption for textbooks and other educational materials for free distribution. Extends the sunset date from July 1, 2004, to July 1, 2008, for textbooks and other educational materials withdrawn from inventory at book-publishing distribution facilities for free distribution to professors. Identical to HB 1084.
