SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Recovery of damages to the Commonwealth's natural resources. Allows the Attorney General to employ special counsel if he decides that it is impracticable or uneconomical for the Attorney General's office to render the required legal services for cases involving the recovery of damages to natural resources.
