SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Drivers under 19 years old. Provides that drivers less than 19 years old whose license or privilege to drive has been suspended can obtain restricted licenses that allow them to drive between their homes or schools and their places of employment. Presently these restricted licenses only allow driving between homes and places of employment.
