Freedom of Information Act; record exemption; cell phone numbers of law-enforcement personnel. Provides that records of a law-enforcement agency to the extent they disclose the telephone numbers for cellular telephones, pagers, or comparable portable communication devices provided to its personnel for use in the performance of their official duties are exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirements of the Freedom of Information Act. The bill is identical to HB 538.
