SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act; orientation programs. Provides for periodic orientation or training sessions for state government personnel on the content of the Act and other ethics provisions and for distribution of copies of the Act to all new state and local personnel. This bill is identical to HB 467.
