SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Release of "Smart Tag" information. Provides that, with three exceptions, data generated by automated electronic toll-collection systems (such as "Smart Tag") on use of toll facilities by individually identifiable vehicles can only be disclosed when so required by order of a court of competent jurisdiction. The bill also provides for injunctive relief and payment of attorneys' fees for persons aggrieved by violations.
