SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Voting equipment at the polling place. Provides that voting and counting equipment, including inoperative equipment, must remain in plain view of the officers of election and in the polling place during the election and through the determination of the vote after the polls close. This bill is identical to SB 94 and HB 986 and has been incorporated into SB 94.
