Registration of farm vehicles; fees. Establishes for the purpose of registration of "farm vehicles," what is and what is not a "farm."

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Registration of farm vehicles; fees. Provides that, for purposes of fees assessed for registration of farm vehicles, plant nurseries and Christmas tree farms are to be considered "farms," while "tree farms" are not to be considered "farms."
