SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Juveniles; petitions filed for custody and visitation. Provides that only one petition need be filed and only one filing fee shall be required for all custody and visitation petitions simultaneously initiated by a single petitioner. This bill is identical to HB 344.

Juveniles; petitions filed for custody and visitation of any and all children of the parties. Provides that only one petition need be filed and only one filing fee shall be required for filing a petition for custody and visitation for any and all children of the parties.
