SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Pedestrians. Allows the governing body of towns in Loudoun County to provide by ordinance for the installation and maintenance of highway signs at marked crosswalks specifically requiring operators of motor vehicles, at the locations where such signs are installed, to yield the right-of-way to pedestrians crossing or attempting to cross the highway. The bill incorporates SB 451.
