Commending the Prince Edward County Public School Board. Commends the Prince Edward County School Board for awarding honorary diplomas to eligible students as a means to promote racial healing and rectify the injustice of Massive Resistance.

This resolution is supported by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Commission's Steering Committee on the 50th Anniversary of Brown v. Board of Education.
