SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Memorializing the Federal Communications Commission regarding broadcast standards. Memorializes the Federal Communications Commission to enforce its standards governing broadcasts over the public airwaves. The resolution also expresses the indignation of the General Assembly regarding violations of FCC standards during family hour, particularly violations of the standards during the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show and certain MTV rebroadcasts.
